Enforcement policy for regulation and enforcement services
The requires us to publish an Enforcement Policy which we review annually.
The policy commits us to good enforcement practice and describes when and how our officers take legal action.
The current Enforcement Policy was approved by the Licensing and Public Protection Committee at its meeting in July 2024.
