How to book
You can book leisure activities and courses online or over the phone.
Booking in person or by phone
You will need a Leisure Card or Passport to Leisure Card to make a booking. You will also need to show your Leisure Card when you arrive for your activity.
If you are booking for someone else you will need to know their leisure card number, postcode and surname.
Booking online
To make a booking online you will need a leisure account. This is not your BRUM account.
You will already have an account if you have given your email address to the leisure centre.
The first time you log in you will need to reset your password. You can do this using the "forgot your password" link on the login page.
If the password link does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder for the email.
Pay-as-you-go customers
Customers who pre-pay or are entitled to a discount will need to register their email address with the leisure centre first. You can do this by phone or in person.
If you pay for your activities as you use them, you will need to create a new account. This is done at the checkout stage of booking an activity.
To sign up:
- select a leisure centre
- choose and book an activity
- go to your basket
- continue to payment
- enter personal details
- input payment details
- submit payment
Once your payment is processed, your account will be created. You will receive an email to confirm your booking.
